ISO 22000:2005
ISO 22000:2005 is a standard developed by the International Standards Organization (ISO) that advice on what is needed to ensure that the consumption of the products we manufacture do not represent a risk. This norm, ISO 22000:2005 is applied by all the companies that are involved in the manufacture of food from farms, to the companies that prepare food, including the processing, packaging, transportation, storage and distribution.
